Spring is a busy season for Medfield non-profit and civic activities & events! Check out this list:

Monday, April 29 -- ANNUAL TOWN MEETING, 7:30 p.m., MHS Gym. Check out the Talent Bank form located in the back of your Warrant Committee booklet received in the mail. The town needs active citizens supporting our community.

Thursday, May 2 -- Two "First Thursdays" to benefit local organizations:  Dwight-Derby House & Zullo Gallery. Make it a cultural night in downtown Medfield!  Stop in at the Dwight-Derby House at 7 p.m. and pay $25 at the door for some jazz, food and a beer/wine tasting to support ongoing restoration efforts. After that, stroll on down to the Zullo Gallery, and meet up with some friends for some local cuisine and cocktails out on the deck (free admission; cash bar/food). The first Thursday of every month is becoming a fun night out in Medfield to support local organizations.

Saturday, May 4 -- Medfield Green Day, sponsored by MEMO -- a phenomenal one-stop opportunity at the American Legion to donate and recycle virtually anything and keep it out of landfills!  Hours for event: 9 a.m. to Noon; followed by a special line-up of programs called "Greening Medfield" at the Medfield Public Library from Noon to 3 p.m. More info.: http://medfieldgreen.org/

Saturday, May 11 -- Lion's Club benefit for Zullo Gallery & Reach Out to Read, a national children's literacy program founded in Massachusetts (event benefits Medfield preschoolers). For more information and to buy tickets:

Funds raised will also help to keep the gallery in the heart of Medfield over the long term. We can't afford to ever lose this gem because of ongoing development.
